“Designer Travel by Heidi Phillips. We booked our 1st time ever cruise “Sail the Three Seas” with Marella (TUI),with Heidi’s guidance of cabin type, location on the ship and other options available. We were very impressed by the ship, the choice of restaurants and bars included and most of all the locations visited. TUIs organisation was also first class. Heidi sorted everything for us! Booking,aeroplane seats, check in. She came up trumps once again Thank You Heidi Phillips.”

“Great Service, you are truly looked after by Heidi. Heidi finds the nicest resorts. I don't have to worry about checking in or paperwork Heidi does it all for me. I go away with confidence, knowing if I have any issues Heidi is there to help,nothing is too much trouble. I will continue to go to her for all my holidays whether they be adventures or just resort trips”

“We've been booking our holidays with Heidi for a few years now after a very fortunate chance meeting while we were in Turkey. The knowledge she has on countries and hotels is something you don't get from a phonecall to Tui/Jet2 etc. Plus over time she gets to know the kind of places you like and her recommendations are priceless. Everything is done for you, passports checked, APIs done. It beats me why anyone would use the impersonal large companies anymore. I know that if we were to have a problem while away I could call/WhatsApp Heidi and have an instant response instead of waiting in a queue for a call handler to put me on hold. Thanks Heidi, we'll be in touch again soon.”

“Fabulous personalised service. I was given options of travel companies and flights for my chosen destination. It was great to be able to speak to Heidi when my flight was delayed 12 hrs to help pass the information on to the destination. Would highly recommend using Designer Travel by Heidi”
